About

I'm a naturopath. I'm also a mum.

BHSc (Naturopathy). Naturopath for children, teens and families. Newcastle, NSW and Telehealth.

Motherhood taught me that health is not about perfection. It is about real people in real life. The sleepless nights, the lunchboxes, the picky eater, the constant juggle, and wanting your family to feel well without adding one more thing to the pile.

That is the practice I built.

How I got here

I came to naturopathy from a completely different industry. I liked helping people, but I kept circling the same question: why is everyone so tired, so stressed, and so disconnected from their own health? That question turned into a degree, and somewhere in the middle of the degree it stopped being a career change and became a calling.

Why children and families

Children respond so well when the foundations are right. And parents deserve support that is practical and achievable, not another list of things they are already failing at.

Most of my work sits in digestion, immunity, skin, fussy eating, mental health, and the ripple effects of stress. Whatever we land on has to survive an actual Tuesday.

What a week looks like

No two are the same. Babies, children, teens and adults. Personalised herbal and nutrition plans. Working alongside GPs and other practitioners when it helps. Writing resources that make complicated things make sense.

I also work in the dispensary at two naturopathy clinics, including Hygea Apothecary, supporting people with acute care needs alongside other clinical teams.

I am not here to hand you a perfect plan. I am here to listen properly, investigate thoroughly, and give you evidence-informed advice that actually fits your life.

You're welcome here

If you are after a naturopath who understands family life, values food as medicine, and works gently, I would love to see you. For your child, for yourself, or for all of you.

What I actually use

I am not loyal to one method. I use what the case in front of me needs.

  • 01

Clinical nutrition and food as medicine

Working with what is already on the plate before adding anything to it.

  • 02

    Herbal medicine

Personalised liquid herbal formulas, in age-appropriate forms for children.

  • 03

    Nervous system and sleep support

For the kids who cannot settle, and the parents who are not sleeping either.

  • 04

    Paediatric gut and microbiome health

Certified paediatric microbiome clinician. Digestion sits underneath a lot of what I see.

  • 05

    Functional and pathology testing

Only where it will genuinely change the plan. Including Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), which I am certified in.

  • 06

    Mental health awareness

Accredited mental health first aider, which shapes how I hold the harder conversations.
